A partnership as been formed between 

The Grand National Archery Society and The Deanes School Sports College

This link will create a part-time sports development post working nationally with other designated

 sports colleges and neighbouring archery clubs to increase participation levels and competition standards.

John Willson has the responsibility of establishing working partnerships with 15 other sports

 colleges to develop a network of smaller centres and clubs.

John - who is a County Coach at Rayleigh Town Archer Club -

is also working on getting archery as an accepted part of GCSE and A-level sports courses.
