Elected at Clubs AGM Responsible for chairing main committee meetings, and maintaining the Clubs constitution.

Tony Edwards 

Elected at Clubs AGM Responsible for all club correspondence, and club finances.

Is responsible to correspond with G.N.A. S and the County archery secretary on membership and tournament details.

Maintains the club Insurance, and communicates with County Secretary on all matters regarding special shooting arrangements.

Ian Bushell

Elected at Clubs AGM Responsible for entry of Teams for club league matches, and

sending the results to the various county league secretaries.

Is responsible for team selection for league matches.

Is responsible for arranging the clubs yearly shooting programme.

Elected at Clubs AGM and responsible for maintaining all club records, and communicates with all county records officers on all new records. Is responsible to communicate with G.N.A.S. on awards gained at club level and the yearly handicap improvement winners medals for juniors and seniors. Is responsible for maintaining the clubs trophies.

Elected at Clubs AGM and is responsible for maintaining the clubs web site.

Responsible for organising club annual indoor tournament

Elected at Clubs A.G.M and is responsible for running clubs junior section.

Is responsible for training new members to a standard of competence and safety.

Represents club at county meetings and represents county at southern area meetings.

Organises club 242 award scheme, and is the clubs representative at

The Deanes Sports College.
